摘  要:平面螺旋天线是一种常见的超宽带天线,在民用领域和军用领域有着广泛应用,其结构紧凑,生产制造难度很大。我所研制的一种平面螺旋天线,制造合格率仅有90%左右,不但造成大量天线报废,同时也延误了天线交付计划。文章分析了该平面螺旋天线的故障原因,确定了设计改进措施,使该天线合格率提升到99%以上,从而提高了生产效率和天线质量,降低了生产周期和成本。Planar helical antenna is a common ultra-wideband antenna,which is widely used in civil and military fields.It has a compact structure and is difficult to manufacture.A planar helical antenna developed by my institute has a manufacturing qualification rate of only about 90%,which not only causes a large number of antennas to be scrapped,but also delays the antenna delivery plan.This paper analyzes the failure reasons of the planar helical antenna,and determines the design improvement measures,so that the qualified rate of the antenna can be increased to more than 99%,thereby improving the production efficiency and antenna quality,and it reduces the production cycle and cost.
