摘 要:1型糖尿病(T1DM)由自身免疫所介导,免疫细胞失衡及细胞因子共同参与了T1DM的发生发展。越来越多的研究发现肠道菌群与T1DM存在相关性,而肠道菌群依附于肠道屏障。肠道免疫屏障是防止病原微生物入侵的第一道关口,它通过自身的结构、分泌各种消化酶、利用定植的肠道菌群产生短链脂肪酸以及肠黏膜相关的免疫系统进而调节代谢以及维护免疫平衡。肠道免疫屏障是如何通过代谢以及免疫作用进而影响自身免疫性糖尿病的发生发展尚不十分明确。因此,从肠道免疫屏障(包括肠道机械、化学、生物等方面)着手,探讨T1DM的免疫调控失衡机制,为有效干预自身免疫相关糖尿病提供新思路与途径。Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)is mediated by autoimmune disease.The imbalance of immune cells and cytokines are involved in the occurrence and development of T1DM.More and more studies have found that intestinal flora was associated with T1DM,and the intestinal flora is attached to the intestinal barrier.Intestinal immune barrier is the first gateway to prevent the invasion of pathogenic microbes.It regulates metabolism and maintains immune balance through its own structure,secreted various digestive enzymes,utilization of short chain fatty acids produced by colonized intestinal flora and immune system related to intestinal mucosa.It is not clear how intestinal immune barrier affects the development of autoimmune diabetes through metabolism and immune function.Therefore,from the intestinal immune barrier(including intestinal mechanism,chemical and biological aspects),we hope to explore the imbalance mechanism of immune regulation of T1DM,and provide new ideas and ways for effective intervention in autoimmune diabetes.
