网络健康信息搜寻意愿前因研究--基于保护动机与健康素养视角

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为个体健康信息搜寻行为研究提供参考,促进人们有效利用网络搜寻健康信息。[方法/过程]基于保护动机理论和信息采纳模型,并加入电子健康素养、健康数学运算能力两个研究变量,构建网络健康信息搜寻意愿前因研究模型,并使用SPSS 22.0和Amos 24.0对研究模型进行检验。[结果/结论]感知威胁的可能性、反应效能、信息来源可信度、电子健康素养、健康数学运算能力对网络健康信息搜寻意愿有显著正向影响;电子健康素养、健康数学运算能力显著正向影响信息质量和信息来源可信度;电子健康素养通过信息来源可信度的完全中介效应来正向影响网络健康信息搜寻意愿;健康数学运算能力通过信息来源可信度的互补中介效应来正向影响网络健康信息搜寻意愿。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for individual health information seeking behavior research and promote people’s effective use of the Internet for health information.[Method/process]Based on the theory of protective motivation and information adoption model the paper constructs the antecedent research model of Internet health information seeking intention by adding two variables of electronic health literacy and health mathematics operation ability and uses SPSS 22.0 and Amos 24.0 to test the model.[Result/conclusion]Perceiving the possibility of threats response efficiency information source credibility electronic health literacy and health mathematics ability have a significant positive influence on the willingness to search for online health information;electronic health literacy and health mathematics ability significantly positively affect information quality and information source credibility;electronic health literacy positively affects online health information seeking intention through the complete mediating effect of information source credibility;health mathematics ability positively affects online health information seeking intention through the complementary mediating effect of information source credibility.
