兰茂《滇南本草》中妇科病用药探析

摘　　要：通过对兰茂《滇南本草》中治疗妇科病证的常用药物进行发掘,总结其用药特点,探讨分析诸如闭经、崩漏、带下、缺乳、难产、妇人虚劳等妇科病证的病因病机及治疗,为临床常见妇科病证的辨证论治及遣方用药提供一定的理论依据。Through the exploration of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes in Lanmao s materia medica in southern Yunnan,this paper summarizes its drug use characteristics,and discusses and analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes such as amenorrhea,metrorrhagia,vaginal discharge,lack of milk,dystocia and women's virtual labor,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of common gynecological diseases and syndromes and the prescription.
