基于数据挖掘探析中医药治疗糖尿病周围血管病变用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探析中医治疗糖尿病周围血管病的用药规律,为临床治疗增加思维模式及用药提供一定参考。方法:以CNKI为数据来源,以“糖尿病+周围血管病变+中药”进行全文搜索,选取2000至2020年公开发表的文献,按照纳入与排除标准筛选临床上治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的药方,利用Excel、SPSS Modeler、SPSS Statistics 25.0统计软件进行统计处理和关联规则分析。结果:根据纳排标准,共纳入251篇文献,按照标准筛选得到273首中药方剂,其中包括口服方141首,外洗方132首。其中中药口服所运用的高频药物主要有:黄芪、丹参、当归、生地黄、川芎,这些药以补虚药、活血药、清热药为主;外用药物中所使用的高频药物主要有:红花、桂枝、没药、鸡血藤、川芎,这些药物以活血药、清热药、解表药为主。口服与外用药药性都集中于温、平、寒(微寒)等,药味主要集中在甘、苦、辛,药物的归经涉及心、肝、脾、胃、肺、肾经。聚类分析中口服药分为6类,外洗药分为6类。结论:治疗糖尿病周围血管病变口服药物常以补虚药、活血药、清热药等药类为主,外用常以活血药、清热药、解表药等药类为主,在此基础上分别配伍利水渗湿药和收涩药。Objective To explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and to provide some reference for clinical treatment.Methods CNKI was used as the data source,and full-text search was conducted with“diabetes+peripheral vascular disease+traditional Chinese medicine”.The published literatures from 2000 to 2020 were selected,and the clinical prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Excel,SPSS Modeler and SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical software were used for statistical processing and association rules analysis.According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 2513 Chinese herbal enema prescriptions were selected.Among them,Huangqi,Danshen,Danggui,Shengdihuang and Chuanxiong are the high-frequency drugs for oral administration,mainly for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and clearing away heat;safflower,Guizhi,myrrh,Caulis Spatholobi and Chuanxiong are the high-frequency drugs for external use,mainly for promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and relieving exterior symptoms.Oral and external use of drugs are mainly warm,flat,cold(slightly cold),taste concentrated in sweet,bitter,spicy,involving the heart,liver,spleen,stomach,lung,kidney.In cluster analysis,oral drugs were divided into 6 categories,enema drugs were divided into 6 categories.Results According to the acceptance criteria,a total of 251 literatures were included,and 273 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened according to the criteria,including 141 oral prescriptions and 132 external washing prescriptions.Among them,the high-frequency drugs used in oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum chuanxiong.These drugs are mainly tonic drugs,blood activating drugs and heat clearing drugs;The high-frequency drugs used in topical drugs mainly include safflower,Ramulus Cinnamomi,myrrh,Caulis Spatholob
