摘  要:为探究东革阿里不定根对枯草芽孢杆菌呼吸代谢及对生物膜的清除作用,试验以东革阿里不定根粗提物为材料,测定其对枯草芽孢杆菌呼吸抑制率及呼吸代谢相关酶活性的影响,并进一步测定其对菌生物膜的清除率。结果表明:东革阿里粗提物对枯草芽孢杆菌的呼吸有显著的抑制作用,且主要影响三羧酸循环和糖酵解途径。东革阿里粗提物浓度为4 mg/mL时,对枯草芽孢杆菌生物膜的清除率最高(67%),并在该浓度下,细菌生物膜内蛋白质及多糖含量也明显降低。To investigate the effect of adventitious roots of Eurycoma longifolia Jack on inhibiting respiration and scavenging biofilm of Bacillus subtilis,this experiment used the crude extract from adventitious roots of E.longifolia as the experimental material to determine inhibitory rate of respiration of B.subtilis and activities of respiratory metabolism-related enzymes,and the rate of scavenging biofilm.The result showed that the crude extract obviously inhibited respiration of B.subtilis by regulating the tricarboxylic acid cycle and embdenmeyerhof pathway.The highest rate(67%)of scavenging biofilm was at 4 mg/L of crude extract,and the contents of extracellular proteins and polysaccharides of the biofilm were also greatly reduced.
