摘 要:该研究通过调控闪式提取的几种因素对贯叶连翘不定根黄酮提取工艺进行了优化。利用提取时间、提取溶剂浓度和液料比进行了响应面设计得到17组不同组合并进行提取,结果表明:在提取时间65.44 s,提取溶剂(甲醇)浓度77.46%,液料比52.13(mL∶g)组合的提取物中,黄酮得率最高,为10.57%。将闪式提取与热水浸提和超声波辅助提取法进行比较的结果,闪式提取的提取物中黄酮得率明显好于其它2种方法。因此,该研究结果可为今后贯叶连翘不定根的工业化提取提供参考依据。In this study,total flavonoids of Hypericum perforatum adventitious roots were extracted by using the method of flash extraction and the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface design.According to extraction time,extraction solvent concentration,and liquidsolid ratio,a total of 17 combination groups were designed.The result showed that the highest flavonoid yield was in the group of 65.44 s extraction time,77.46%methanol,and 52.13(mL∶g)ratio of liquid to solid,reaching 10.57%flavonoid yield.By comparison,flavonoid yield of flash extraction was higher than those of the hot water extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction.Therefore,the finding of this study provided a reference for the industrial extraction of adventitious roots of H.perforatum in the future.
