摘  要:严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-2)引发的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)严重威胁着全球人类健康,研发特异性抗新冠肺炎药物迫在眉睫。在SARS-CoV-2病毒中,核衣壳蛋白含量最丰富,而且保守性高,它不仅可以将SARS-CoV-2基因组RNA组装成与病毒复制和繁殖密切相关的核糖核蛋白(RNP)复合物,还可以调控宿主细胞的免疫功能,是一个重要的药物靶标。本文综述了SARS-CoV-2病毒核衣壳蛋白的结构特征及其与RNA和其他蛋白质的相互作用,以及核衣壳蛋白在临床研究中的应用,以期为新冠肺炎的治疗提供新的药物靶点。The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2)has triggered a global health crisis,and there is an urgent need for developing effective drug to resist SARS-CoV-2.Among the SARS-CoV-2 viral proteins,nucleocapsid protein is the most abundant and its amino acid sequence is highly conserved.It can pack SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA into ribonucleoprotein(RNP)complexes,which is closely related to viral replication and reproduction.Moreover,nucleocapsid protein can also disturb the immune responses of host cell.Therefore,nucleocapsid protein is an important drug target against COVID-19.This paper reviews the structural characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein and its interaction with RNA and other proteins,as well as applications of nucleocapsid protein in clinical research.This review provides a novel potential drug target for the treatment of COVID-19.
