摘　　要：目的编制ICU护士预防肠内营养并发症知信行问卷并对其进行信效度检验,为评估ICU护士的肠内营养相关知识、态度、行为提供有效测评工具。方法以知信行理论为结构框架,应用文献回顾、小组讨论、德尔菲专家函询法形成初始问卷。采用便利抽样法,2021年11—12月选取天津市5所医院在职ICU护士204人进行调查,测定问卷的信效度。结果ICU护士预防肠内营养并发症知信行问卷包括知识、态度、行为3个维度共40个条目,累计方差贡献率为68.499%;总问卷及各维度Cronbachα的系数分别是0.965、0.946、0.914和0.908;总问卷内容效度为0.929,各条目内容效度为0.818~1.000。结论编制完成的ICU护士预防肠内营养并发症知信行问卷具有良好的信效度,对测量ICU护士预防肠内营养并发症的认知现状与临床实践活动水平具有较好的适用性。Objective To develop a questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and practice for intensive care unit nursing staff on prevention of enteral nutrition complications and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on knowledge-attitude-practice theory,the questionnaire was developed by using literature review,group discussion and Delphi expert inquiry.A convenience sampling method was used to select 204 ICU nurses from five hospitals in Tianjin from November to December 2021 for the survey to determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The finalized questionnaire included 3 dimensions and 40 items,explaining 68.499%of the variance.Cronbach alpha coefficients of total questionnaire and each dimension were 0.965,0.946,0.914 and 0.908 respectively.The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.929,while it ranged from 0.818 to 1.000 for each item.Conclusions The questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and practice for intensive care unit nursing staff on prevention of enteral nutrition complications has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for measuring the current knowledge and nursing practice activities of ICU nurses on the prevention of enteral nutrition complications.
