摘  要:新医疗卫生体制改革工作中将重点置于全科医生队伍建设方面,要求基层医疗卫生人才资源实现合理配置,以不断提高基层医疗卫生服务水平,真正实现“小病在基层,大病进医院”的战略目标。本文围绕我国各地区特别是江苏省地区基层医疗卫生机构人才队伍现状及培养模式,结合本地区基层医疗卫生机构实际情况进行分析,为基层医疗卫生机构人才队伍的建设提供参考。In the reform of the new medical and health system,the focus will be placed on the construction of the general practitioner team,requiring the rational allocation of grassroots medical and health personnel resources,so as to continuously improve the level of grassroots medical and health services,and truly realize strategic goals of"minor illnesses at the grassroots level,serious illnesses in the hospital".This paper focuses on the current situation and training mode of the talent team of primary medical and health institutions in various regions of my country,especially in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the actual situation of primary medical and health institutions in the region,so as to provide reference for the construction of the talent team of primary medical and health institutions.
