摘 要:目的探讨产科护理管理中缓解助产士心理压力的方法。方法选择2021年1—12月于山东第一医科大学附属济南妇幼保健院工作的14名助产士,2021年1—5月实施常规管理,2021年6—12月实施人文关怀护理管理,比较不同护理管理模式下助产士的心理压力评分。结果相较于实施管理前的工作量(4.12±0.86)分、时间分配(3.88±0.73)分、医疗资源(3.37±0.63)分、工作环境(4.43±0.94)分、人际关系(2.87±0.50)分,实施管理后的工作量(2.90±0.57)分、时间分配(2.43±0.41)分、医疗资源(2.16±0.37)分、工作环境(1.30±0.29)分、人际关系(1.10±0.21)分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现代护理管理中,对助产士实施人文关怀护理管理,能缓解助产士心理压力,保证其身心健康,使助产士以最佳状态投入临床工作中。Objective To expore the methods of relieving the psychological pressure of midwives in obstetric nursing management.Methods Fourteen midwives working in Jinan maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected.Routine management was implemented from January to May 2021,and humanistic care nursing management was implemented from June to December 2021.The psychological stress scores of midwives under different nursing management modes were compared.Results Compared with the workload(4.12±0.86)points,time allocation(3.88±0.73)points,medical resources(3.37±0.63)points,working environment(4.43±0.94)points and interpersonal relationship(2.87±0.50)points before the implementation of management,the workload(2.90±0.57)points,time distribution(2.43±0.41)points,medical resources(2.16±0.37)points,working environment(1.30±0.29)points,interpersonal relationship(1.10±0.21)points after the implementation of management were decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In modern nursing management,the implementation of humanistic care nursing management for midwives can alleviate the psychological pressure of midwives,ensure their physical and mental health,and enable midwives to devote themselves to clinical work in the best state.
