护士分层管理对肝胆内科护理质量及满意度的影响程度分析与探究

摘　　要：目的探讨护士分层管理对肝胆内科护理质量及满意度的影响程度。方法以2020年1月—2022年1月于潍坊市中医院肝胆内科工作的24名护士作为研究对象,以双色球法分为两组,各12名。对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组采取护士分层管理。对比两组效果。结果观察组护士护理质量各项评分(包括健康教育、护理沟通、病历书写、护理操作、病房管理)分别为(95.85±3.11)分、(93.26±4.02)分、(92.97±3.26)分、(93.05±2.84)分、(91.55±3.52)分,患者总满意度为100.00%,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士不良事件发生率为8.33%(1/12),低于对照组的50.00%(7/12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆内科护理中开展护士分层管理,一方面可以更好地提升护理质量,减少不良事件发生,另一方面可以促使患者满意度提升。Objective To investigate the influence of nurses'stratified management on nursing quality and satisfaction of hepatobiliary medicine.Methods Twenty-four nurses who worked in the Department of Hepatobiliary Medicine in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by the two-color ball method,with 12 in each group.The control group was managed by routine nursing,and the observation group was managed by nurses.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of nurses in the observation group(including health education,nursing communication,case writing,nursing operation,and ward management)were respectively(95.85±3.11)points,(93.26±4.02)points,(92.97±3.26)points,(93.05±2.84)points,(91.55±3.52)points,and the patients'total satisfaction was 100.00%whcih were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events among nurses in the observation group was 8.33%(1/12),which was higher than that in the control group 50.00%(7/12),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'hierarchical management in the nursing of hepatobiliary medicine can better improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of adverse events on the one hand,and on the other hand,can promote the improvement of patient satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
