摘　　要：目的研究分析优化管理流程在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械和植入物规范化管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1—12月无锡市人民医院消毒供应中心接收的外来医疗器械和植入物5507包设为参照组,同时选取2019年1—12月本院消毒供应中心接收的外来医疗器械和植入物5191包设为研究组。参照组实施常规规范化管理,研究组实施优化管理流程,对两组器械清洗质量、包装质量进行观察与比较。结果研究组器械清洗质量评分为(91.03±3.12)分,明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=53.525,P<0.05)。研究组器械包装质量评分为(91.28±3.18)分,明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=50.527,P<0.05)。结论优化管理流程在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械和植入物规范化管理中的应用价值非常高,能够有效提高器械清洗质量与包装质量,可在临床中应用与推广。Objective To study and analyze the application value of optimized management process in the standardized management of foreign medical devices and implants in the disinfection supply center.Methods 5507 packages of foreign medical devices and implants received by the Disinfection Supply Center of Wuxi People's Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the reference group.At the same time,5191 packages of foreign medical devices and implants received by the Disinfection Supply Center of the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research group.The reference group implemented routine standardized management,and the study group implemented optimized management processes.The cleaning quality and packaging quality of the two groups of instruments were observed and compared.Results The instrument cleaning quality score in the study group was(91.03±3.12)points,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=53.525,P<0.05).The device packaging quality score of the study group was(91.28±3.18)points,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=50.527,P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of optimizing the management process in the standardized management of foreign medical devices and implants in the disinfection supply center is very high,which can effectively improve the cleaning quality and packaging quality of devices,and can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
