摘  要:目的探究在医院外科病房管理实践中标杆管理模式的适用性。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月烟台市烟台山医院外科的42名护理人员为研究对象,根据双盲法将其划分为对照组(21名)和观察组(21名)。对对照组护理人员采用常规管理模式,对观察组护理人员采用标杆管理模式。比较两组护理人员工作质量评分。结果观察组护理人员工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院外科病房管理实践中运用标杆管理模式效果确切,可有效提升护理人员工作质量,故在医院外科病房管理过程中应增加运用标杆管理模式的频率。Objective To explore the applicability of benchmarking management model in hospital surgical ward management practice.Methods Selected 42 nurses from the surgery of Yantaishan Hospital in Yantai City from June 2020 to June 2021 as the research objects,and divided the nurses into the control group(21 people)and the observation group(21 people)according to the double-blind method.The routine management mode was adopted for the nursing staff in the control group,and the benchmarking management mode was adopted for the nursing staff in the observation group.The work quality scores of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The work quality score of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of benchmarking management mode in the management practice of hospital surgical wards is effective and can effectively improve the work quality of nursing staff.Therefore,the frequency of using the benchmarking management model should be increased in the management of surgical wards in hospitals.
