精细化管理在艾滋病护理从业人员职业防护中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究精细化管理在艾滋病护理从业人员的职业防护中的应用价值。方法选择新洲区疾病预防控制中心艾滋病防治科在2019年1月—2021年3月期间的60名艾滋病护理从业人员作为研究对象,然后按照随机数表法对所选对象进行分组,分成对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用精细化管理,比较两组护理从业人员的暴露发生率,管理满意度,管理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分生活质量评分。结果观察组的暴露发生率为0.0%(0/30)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组护理从业人员的焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组护理从业人员的上述指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组护理从业人员的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组护理从业人员的躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病护理从业人员在职业防护中,应用精细化管理,可以有效降低暴露率,提升管理满意度,改善管理情绪,应用价值高。Objective To study the application value of refined management in occupational protection of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome nursing practitioners.Methods A total of 60 Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome nursing practitioners in AIDS prevention and Control Department of the center for Disease Control and prevention of Xinzhou District from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Then the selected subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 nursing ineach group.The control group adopted conventional management mode,while the observation group adopted refined management.The incidence of exposure;management satisfaction;anxiety scores,depression scores and quality of life score before and after management were compared between the two groups.Results The exposure incidence rate of the observation group was 0.0%(0/30)lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scores and depression scores of nursing practitioners between the two groups(P>0.05);after management,the above indicators of nursing practitioners in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores of nursing practitioners between the two groups(P>0.05);after management,the scores of physical function,cognitive function,emotional function and role function of nursing practitioners in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in occupational protection of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome nursing practit
