摘 要:沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)是一种革兰阴性、专性细胞内寄生的原核细胞型微生物,是引起性传播感染(sexually transmitted infection,STI)的重要病原体,可导致眼部、生殖道等多个系统疾病。疫苗是预防和控制CT感染最有效、最经济的方法,可实现对易感人群的长期保护,减少传播并抑制继发性感染。随着生物学技术的发展和抗CT感染免疫保护机制研究的深入,已发现一些具有潜在免疫保护性候选抗原蛋白,其中重组CT疫苗CTH522已进入Ⅰ期临床试验,并取得突破性进展。本文就近年对CT特异性免疫反应、重组疫苗候选抗原临床前研究和临床试验的研究进展及面临的挑战作一综述,以期为我国新CT疫苗的研发提供参考。Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)is an important Gram negative pathogen which is a prokaryotic microorganism specifically parasitic in cells and causes sexually transmitted infection(STI)resulting in diseases in various systems such as eyes and genital tract.Vaccine is the most effective and economic measure to prevent and control CT infection,which provides a long-term protection to susceptible population,decreases the transmission and inhibits the secondary infection.With the development of biological technology and the in-depth research on the immune protection mechanism against CT infection,some candidate antigen proteins with potential immune protection have been discovered,among which recombinant CT vaccine CTH522 has entered phase I clinical trial and has made a breakthrough.This article reviews the progress and challenges in research on CT specific immune response as well as preclinical research and clinical trials of recombinant vaccine candidate antigens in recent years so as to provide a reference for the development of new CT vaccine in China.
