摘 要:超表面作为一种新型人工材料,通过超表面结构的人为设计可实现对电磁波的极化、振幅、相位等特性进行再塑形,因此在电磁波与电磁场调控领域中具有广阔的应用前景。因此,设计“一字”形交叉极化转换超表面,研究其亚表面不同旋转对称性对该极化转换器传输性能的影响。仿真结果表明,“一字”形极化转换超表面极化转换效率高于80%时的带宽为357 THz,随着亚表面旋转对称轴的增加,在光学波段的极化转换带宽减小。且多重旋转对称结构下其极化转换效率均低于“一字”形极化转换超表面。As a new kind of artificial material,the electromagnetic wave polarization,amplitude,phase and other characteristics can be reshaped through the artificial design of the super surface structure. Thus,it has a broad application prospect in the field of electromagnetic wave and electromagnetic field control. Therefore,“one-word”cross-polarization conversion subsurface is designed to study the influence of different rotational symmetry of its surface on the transmission performance of the polarization converter. The simulation results show that the bandwidth of the“one-word”polarization conversion is357 THz when the polarization conversion efficiency is higher than 80%. With the increase of the symmetry axis of the subsurface rotation,the polarization conversion bandwidth decreases in the optical band. The polarization conversion efficiency of the multi-rotationally symmetric structure is lower than that of the“one-word”polarization conversion metasurface.
