摘 要:以改性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为基体,高强玻璃纤维为增强体,制备适于固体发动机推力矢量控制系统用增强件复合材料,分析了其与天然橡胶的原位热粘接性能。研究发现,改性BMI树脂的固化是分步进行的,适宜固化制度为130℃/3h+180℃/2h+230℃/3h,固化后材料的玻璃化温度超过250℃。改性BMI/玻纤复合材料的室温拉伸、弯曲强度均在600MPa以上,160℃强度保持率约90%以上。室温压缩、层间剪切强度分别高于300MPa、30MPa,160℃分别下降至250MPa、20MPa。Thinkbond11/26、Thinkbond11/27两种胶粘剂用于改性BMI/玻纤复合材料与天然橡胶界面原位热粘接,界面剪切强度均超过5.8MPa。改性BMI/玻纤复合材料的综合性能均显著优于增强件现用环氧/玻纤复合材料,满足固体火箭发动机柔性喷管矢量控制系统结构件应用需求。Using modified bismaleimide(BMI)as matrix and high-strength glass fibers(HGF)as reinforcement,the composite applied to the reinforcement component in the thrust vector control system of solid rocket motor was prepared,and the In-situ hot bonding properties between the composite and natural rubber were analyzed.Researches indicate that the curing process of modified BMI is a step-by-step reaction,and the optimized curing program is summarized into 130℃/3h+180℃/2h+230℃/2h.The glass transition temperature of cured material is measured to be above 250℃.The tensile and bending strength of the modified BMI/HGF composite at room temperature are higher than 600MPa,and the strength retention rate is observed to be above 90% at 160℃.The compression and interlaminar strength at room temperature are above 300MPa and 30MPa,respectively,and those at 160℃ decline to 250MPa and 20MPa.The interfacial shear strength between the modified BMI/HGF composite and natural rubber is higher than 5.8MPa using the adhesives Thinkbond11/26 and Thinkbond11/27.The modified BMI/HGF composite appears to achieve a combination of strength and thermal resistance that is superior to that of current epoxy/HGF composite,and satisfies the application requirement of the reinforcement component in the thrust vector control system of solid rocket motor.
