摘  要:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)按照一定比例反应,形成长链分子线性结构的聚氨酯预聚体,使用丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(2-HEA)对分子链进行封端得到聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体(PUA),然后加入一定比例的四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯(AM-314)作为稀释剂,2%(wt.)的2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮(1173)作为光引发剂,UV照射600s制备出光固化弹性体,通过红外分析、DSC分析、热失重分析和力学性能测试等对PUA的结构和性能进行了表征,讨论了IPDI和2-HEA的加入比例对PUA性能的影响。研究结果表明,成功合成了高断裂伸长率的紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯弹性体。综合性能最好的样品,其拉伸强度为1.25MPa、断裂伸长率为321.8%、压缩率为4.4%、收缩率为4.3%、硬度为34。The long molecular linear structure is formed by the reaction of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polycaprolactone diol(PCL),and the molecular chain is blocked with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(2-HEA)to obtain polyurethane acrylate prepolymer(PUA),then adding a certain proportion of tetrahydrofuran acrylate(AM-314)as diluent,2%(wt.)2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone(1173)as photoinitiator,the light-cured elastomer was prepared by UV irradiation for 600s.The structure and performance of PUA were characterized by infrared analysis,DSC analysis,TG analysis and mechanical property testing,and the influence of the proportion of IPDI and 2-HEA on the properties of PUA was discussed.The research results show that the UV-curable polyurethane acrylate elastomer with high elongation at break has been successfully synthesized.The sample with the best comprehensive performance has a tensile strength of 1.25MPa,a breaking elongation of 321.8%,a compression rate of 4.4%,a shrinkage rate of 4.3%,and a hardness of 34.
