摘  要:对国内外5种三元共聚聚丙烯流延热封专用料的基本性能、起始热封温度、^(13)C-NMR、红外、相对分子质量及其分布、结晶性能、二甲苯可溶物含量进行了对比分析。结果表明:5种样品的熔融指数均在(7±1)g/10min,且力学性能、维卡软化温度、热变形温度相当;进口样品的M_(w)高,M_(w)/M_(n)相对窄;进口样品1和国产样品4的二甲苯可溶物含量比其他试样低,二甲苯可溶物含量越高,样品中无规组分或小分子物质较多;5种样品的熔点均明显低于140℃,熔程较宽;样品1具有低的熔点,并且熔程更宽,表明其晶片厚度分布更大,材料具有足够的熔点和强度;进口样品在720cm^(-1)处存在吸收峰,说明两种样品中存在长乙烯链段,其他样品无此峰。SSA分级后,5个样品都出现一系列相互分开的熔融峰,说明其结晶序列长度的分布较宽。结晶序列长度存在一定分布,样品1、样品3与其他样品比较,明显多出了150℃和160℃的熔融峰,多出的熔融峰对应较长的可结晶链段长度形成的厚晶片。The basic properties,initial heat-sealing temperature,^(13)C-NMR,infrared,relative molecular mass and distribution,crystallization properties and content of xylene soluble materials of five terpolymer polypropylene fluxing materials at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The results show that the melting index of the five samples is(7±1)g/10min,and the mechanical properties,Vicat softening temperature and heat deflection temperature are similar;The M_(w) of imported products is high,but the M_(w)/M_(n) is relatively narrow.The content of xylene soluble substance in imported sample 1 and domestic sample 4 are lower than that in other samples.The higher the content of xylene soluble substance,the more random components or small molecules in the samples.The melting points of the five samples are obviously lower than 140℃,and the melting range is wide.The imported sample 1 has lower melting point and wider melting range,which indicates that the wafer thickness distribution is larger and the material has sufficient melting point and strength.There was an absorption peak at 720cm^(-1) in the imported samples,indicating that there was a long ethylene chain segment in the two samples,but there was no such peak in the other samples.After SSA classification,a series of separated melting peaks appeared in all the five samples,indicating that the length of the crystallization sequence was widely distributed.There is a certain distribution of crystallization sequence length.Compared with other samples,sample 1 and 3 have extra melting peaks of 150℃ and 160℃,which correspond to thick wafers formed by longer crystalline chain lengths.
