摘 要:以耐热PBS为改性剂,通过与成核剂复配共混挤出制备聚乳酸(PLA)合金材料,并对PLA合金材料的结晶、耐热、力学性能等研究分析。结果表明,10%PBS的加入在不加成核剂的情况下能够显著提高聚乳酸的结晶性能。10%PBS和成核剂SDA260复配能够显著增加材料的耐热温度,耐热温度达到115℃。PBS的加入对于提高聚乳酸冲击性能具有一定的效果,对降低材料脆性以及力学性能保持率中具有显著效果。Using heat-resistant PBS as modifier,the poly lactic acid alloy material is prepared by compounding and extruding with a nucleating agent,and the crystallization,heat resistance,and mechanical properties of the alloy material are analyzed and explored.The results show that the addition of 10%PBS can significantly improve the crystallization performance of poly lactic acid without adding nucleating agent.The combination of 10%PBS and nucleating agent SDA260 can significantly increase the heat-resistant temperature of the material,which can reach 115℃.The addition of PBS has a certain effect on improving the impact performance of poly lactic acid,can improve the brittleness of poly lactic acid,and has a small effect on the mechanical properties of poly lactic acid.
