摘  要:为了改善北方季节性冰冻区橡胶SBS复合改性沥青路面长期低温积雪及氯盐融雪剂冻融循环作用下的路用性能,该研究从原材料性能出发,在AC-13C改性沥青混合料中掺入0.8%的抗高温、抗盐胀AMPS高分子聚合物制备成SAC-13C橡胶SBS复合改性沥青混合料。通过配合比设计,确定混合料矿料级配及最佳油石比。通过对AC-13C及SAC-13C混合料进行高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂、抗水损害及疲劳等路用性能研究得出:0%盐浓度冻融循环5次、4%盐浓度冻融循环5次两种试验环境下两种沥青混合料路用性能均有不同程度的降低,SAC-13C混合料降低幅度较小;0.8%AMPS的掺入能有效改善橡胶SBS复合改性沥青混合料盐冻融循环作用下的路用性能。In order to improve the road performance of rubber SBS composite modified asphalt pavement under long-term lowtemperature snow and freezing-thawing cycle of chlorine salt snow-melt agent in seasonal frozen region of no rth China,basing on the performance of raw materials,SAC-13 C rubber SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was prepared by adding 0.8%AMPS polymer with high temperature resistance and salt expansion resistance into AC-13 C modified asphalt mixture.Through the mix ratio design,aggregate gradation of the mixture and the best asphalt-aggregate ratio were determined.Through the road performance research of AC-13 C and SAC-13 C mixtures,such as high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature cracking resistance,water damage resistance and fatigue resistance,it is concluded that the road performance of the two asphalt mixtures is decreased to some extent under the two test environments of freezing-thawing cycle 5 times with 0%salt concentration and 5%salt concentration,but SAC-13 C mixture has a small reduction;Adding 0.8%AMPS can effectively improve the road performance of SBS composite modified asphalt mixture under salt freezing-thawing cycle.
