摘 要:“双碳”目标的确定以及多项利好政策的出台,利用楼宇屋顶安装分布式光伏发电组件,成为节省空间的更优选择。轻质柔性光伏组件具备与建筑高度融合、安装更为灵活等特性,受到更多关注,市场也日趋壮大。该研究主要基于高效的背接触IBC电池,采用两种不同封装方案进行轻质柔性组件封装,分别从材料对比、工艺制备、弯曲度及可靠性等方面进行对比分析,通过实验数据给出两种封装方案的优缺点。结果表明,由ETFE+复合材料和含氟透明前板两种封装方案制备的轻质柔性组件,在弯曲强度方面表现一致;使用ETFE封装时由于添加了衬底复合材料,复合材料主要成份为玻纤预浸布,容易在湿热老化测试及紫外老化测试后出现发黄的现象,因此应用于户外存在发黄的风险;使用含氟透明前板制作的轻质柔性组件在耐老化性能方面表现更优异。With the determination of the"double carbon"target and the introduction of a number of favorable policies,the use of building roofs to install distributed PV module has become a better choice to save space.Lightweight flexible modules have the characteristics of high integration with buildings and more flexible installation,which have attracted more attention and the market is growing.In this paper,based on the efficient IBC cell,two different packaging schemes were used to package the lightweight flexible modules.The comparative analysis was carried out from the aspects of material comparison,process preparation,bending degree and reliability.The advantages and disadvantages of the two packaging schemes were given through the experimental data.The results show that the light-weight flexible components made of ETFE+composite material and fluorine-containing transparent front plate have the same bending strength.When ETFE is used for packaging,because the substrate composite material is added,and the main component of the composite material is glass fiber prepreg,it is easy to yellow after the damp-heat aging test and the ultraviolet aging test,so there is a risk of yellowing when it is used outdoors.The lightweight flexible assembly made of transparent front plate containing fluorine is more excellent in aging resistance.
