摘  要:对VARI成型工艺进行了简介,并提供了一种高性能VARI工艺成型J型加筋壁板的出胶结构和方法。采用阴阳模结构取代传统单面模具,同时阴模本体上设计有多排均布圆形导口,用于导出气体,提高树脂沿长度方向的流动性,增加树脂的浸润能力,保证树脂能够完全浸润预制体。在Z型本体的上表面两端分别设置注胶口和出胶口,注胶口设置在大Z端,出胶口设置在小Z端,从模具上部注胶有利于借助重力作用提高树脂沿高度方向的流动性。该出胶结构和方法最终保证获得了高性能的复合材料产品。The VARI forming process is introduced,and a high-performance VARI process forming J-shaped stiffened wall panel glue structure and method are provided.The male and female mold structure is used to replace the traditional single-sided mold.At the same time,the female mold body is designed with multiple rows of uniformly distributed circular guides to discharge gas,improve the fluidity of the resin along the length direction,increase the resin’s infiltration capacity,and ensure that the resin can completely infiltrate the preform.The two ends of the upper surface of the Z-shaped body are respectively provided with a glue injection port and a glue outlet.The glue injection port is set at the large Z end,and the glue outlet is set at the small Z end.Injecting glue from the upper part of the mold is beneficial to increase the resin liquidity in the height direction by gravity.The glue structure and method finally ensure that a high-performance composite product is obtained.
