摘  要:随着塑料废弃物对环境污染的问题日益突出,将其作为建筑材料骨料进行重新利用,有助于消除废物、保护环境和实现可持续发展。本文将废弃聚乙烯(PE)塑料回收加工用以替代混凝土中的天然骨料,替代率设置为10%、20%、30%、50%和70%,通过对PE塑料改性混凝土的基础物理力学特性和微观结构进行研究并探究其改性机理。结果表明:随着PE塑料替代量的增加,PE塑料改性混凝土表观密度及力学特性均呈现劣化的趋势,而吸水性和韧性呈现增大的趋势;微观结构测试结果表明PE塑料替代量增大会降低骨料颗粒与水泥砂浆的粘结效果,从而导致PE塑料改性混凝土力学特性的劣化。当塑料掺量一定时,PE塑料改性混凝土在保证工程安全性基础上,能有效地消耗废弃塑料,对于环境保护具有重要意义。As the problem of environmental pollution caused by plastic waste becomes more and more serious,it is helpful to reuse plastic waste as building material aggregate to eliminate waste,protect environment and realize sustainable development.In this paper,the recycling and processing of waste PE plastics is used to replace the natural aggregate in concrete,and the replacement rates are set at 10%,20%,30%,50%and 70%.Through the research on the basic physical and mechanical properties and micro structure of PE plastic modified concrete,the modification mechanism is explored.The results show that with the increase of PE plastic replacement amount,the apparent density and mechanical properties of PE plastic modified concrete show a tendency of deterioration while the water absorption and toughness show an increasing trend.The micro structure test results show that the increase of PE plastic replacement amount will reduce the bonding effect between aggregate particles and cement mortar,which leads to the deterioration of mechanical properties of PE plastic modified concrete.When the amount of plastic is constant,PE plastic modified concrete can effectively consume waste plastics on the basis of ensuring the safety of the project,it is of great significance for environmental protection.
