摘 要:为了进一步提高钢企燃气机组的效率,将蒸汽参数提升至超临界超高温(25.4 MPa.g,605℃)。与高炉煤气特性相适应的高效超临界锅炉研发过程中遇到水冷壁安全、稳定燃烧、605℃/603℃主再蒸汽温度保证、氧化皮控制、受热面振动等难题。充分考虑以上难题,采用背靠背布置型式、全疏水受热面结构、螺旋管圈+垂直管屏水冷壁、再热器挡板调温的设计方案,具有适应性强、流程简单、烟风阻力小等优点。In order to further improve the efficiency of gas-fired units in steel enterprises, the steam parameters are increased to supercritical ultra-high temperature(25.4 MPa.g, 60 ℃). During the research and development of highefficiency supercritical boilers adapted to the characteristics of blast furnace gas, problems such as water wall safety,stable combustion, 605℃/603℃ main re-steam temperature assurance, oxide scale control, and heating surface vibration were encountered. The design plan fully considers the above problems, adopts back-to-back layout, fully hydrophobic heating surface structure, spiral tube coil + vertical tube panel water wall, reheater baffle temperature adjustment, and has the advantages of strong adaptability, simple process, and low smoke and wind resistance.
