摘  要:针对某电厂一台300MW亚临界自然循环锅炉进行燃煤改合成气技术改造,以探究改烧气对锅炉的影响,内容主要包括:锅炉煤改气的热力计算、尾部蒸发省煤器的设计计算等性能计算方面的研究工作,并对煤改气之后锅炉蒸发量及出口汽温带来的影响进行理论计算和分析,提出合理的过热器、蒸发受热面、燃气燃烧器及OFA燃烧器布置等实际改造方案,得到具备可实施性煤改气方案。该方案的最高负荷可满足设计工况的汽水参数达到设计值,并且能够避免过热器减温器长期大量喷水引起的热疲劳,提高机组的安全稳定性,为需要掺烧高炉煤气的锅炉设计开发开拓了新的市场。A 300MW subcritical natural circulation boiler in a power plant is transformed from coal to syngas to explore the influence of the reformed gas on the boiler. The specific contents mainly include: the thermal calculation of coal to gas boiler, the design calculation of tail evaporation economizer and other performance calculation work, and theoretical calculation and analysis of the influence of coal to gas boiler evaporation and outlet steam temperature, and put forward reasonable superheater, evaporation heating surface, gas burner and of a burner layout and other practical transformation scheme, which has a certain reference value the feasible coal to gas scheme is prepared. The maximum load of scheme can meet the design value of steam water parameters under the design condition, and can avoid the thermal fatigue caused by long-term large amount of spray water from the superheater desuperheater, improve the safety and stability of the unit,and open up a new market for the design and development of boilers that need to burn blast furnace gas.
