摘 要:燃煤火电厂湿法脱硫系统中的石膏浆液输送衬胶管道常有腐蚀、胶层脱落等现象发生,给电厂正常运行和检修维护带来诸多不便。介绍了新型耐磨防腐蚀高分子材料复合管道的材料研发、结构设计、工艺制造、基本性能,产品特点及优势。在燃用高硫煤的情况下,某电厂脱硫石膏浆液输送系统中试用研发的高分子材料复合管道输送浆液,运行半年后对内层进行电镜实验分析比对,将实验数据与衬胶管道进行比较,结果说明使用此新型管材不仅能满足保障管材物理机械性能的使用要求,而且其具有优良的耐矿物浆液磨损和耐化学腐蚀的优良特性,质量轻、易施工、可降低工程造价,检修维护方便等优点。In the wet desulfurization system of the coal-fired power plants, the gypsum slurry conveying rubber lined pipe often has corrosion, rubber layer falling off and other phenomena, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the normal operation and maintenance of the power plant. The material research and development, structure design, process manufacturing, basic performance, product characteristics, and advantages of the new wear-resistant and anti-corrosion polymer composite pipeline is introduced. Under the condition of burning high sulfur coal in a power plant, the polymer composite pipeline was used to transport slurry in its desulfurization gypsum slurry transportation system. After running for half a year, the inner layer was analyzed and compared by electron microscope experiment, and the experimental data was compared with that of a rubber-lined pipeline, The results fully show that the use of this new type of pipe in the slurry transportation of wet FGD gypsum system in power plants can not only meet the requirements of guaranteeing the physical and mechanical properties of the pipe, but also has excellent properties of resistance to mineral slurry abrasion and chemical corrosion, and is light in weight, easy to construct, can reduce project cost, easy to repair and maintain, etc.
