摘 要:以经济学定律为基础,在综合考虑供热单价、上网电价、供热量以及供热设备对厂用电率影响的基础上,提出供热过程热经济性评价指标“当量供电煤耗”的概念,并建立该概念的计算模型。该模型从热经济性的角度出发,关联机组热力性能、厂用电率,能全面反映供热对机组盈利能力的影响。通过某国产300MW抽凝机组实例计算表明,只有当供热单价、供热量大于临界值时,热电联产才能提高机组的盈利能力,并且在上网电价较高的地区,热电联产也不一定总是有利的。Based on the laws of economics and comprehensively considering the impact of heating unit price, on-grid electricity prices, heat supply and heating equipment on auxiliary power rate, the concept of equivalent power supply coal consumption is proposed which as the index to evaluate the thermal economy in heat supply process, and the calculation model of the concept is established. From the perspective of thermal economy, and correlates the thermal performance of the unit and auxiliary power rate, the model can reflect the impact of heat supply on the profitability of unit. The calculation of an example of a domestically made 300MW condensing unit shows that only when the heating unit price and heat supply are greater than the critical value, the cogeneration can increase the profitability of unit, and in areas with higher on-grid electricity prices, the cogeneration is not always beneficial.
