煤气化工行业复杂对流换热器内件工艺制造技术研究

摘　　要：阐述煤气化全热回收流程技术中对流换热器内件的工艺制造技术。对流换热器内件整体为方型结构,内部为蛇形管模块组件,外部为膜式壁包覆结构,蛇形管模块组件结构包括单片蛇形管管屏和汇集集箱,膜式壁包覆结构包括带小集箱膜式壁管屏和方型汇集集箱,整体组装精度要求高,制造难度大。通过对对流换热器内件制造难点进行阐述及分析,梳理该产品的制造工艺特点,并给出具体制造工艺措施。The process and manufacturing technology of the internal parts of the convection heat exchanger in the total heat recovery process technology of coal gasification is described. The internal parts of the convection heat exchanger have a square structure, the inside is a serpentine tube module assembly, and the outside is a membrane wall coating structure., The structure of the serpentine tube module assembly includes a single-piece serpentine tube panel and a collection header. The membrane wall coating structure includes a membrane wall tube panel with a small header and a square collection header. The overall assembly precision is high, and the manufacturing High difficulty. The manufacturing difficulties of the internal parts of the convection heat exchanger, combs the manufacturing process characteristics of the product is elaborated and analyzed, and gives specific manufacturing process measures.
