摘　　要：为解决发电机组检修时高加三通阀解体困难的问题,通过对高加三通阀的内部结构特点进行剖析,针对检修过程中四合环难以拆卸以及弹簧蓄能密封圈极易卡在四合环安装槽中导致无法取出等难点问题,设计了一套专用工装器具。经实际应用,能够有效解决上述问题,提高了检修效率,为今后同类型设备的检修提供经验。In order to solve the problem that the three-way valve for HP Heater is difficult to disassemble during the maintenance of the generator unit, the internal structure characteristics of the three-way valve for HP Heater is analyzed,and a set of special tooling is designed to solve the problems that the Segment ring is difficult to disassemble during the maintenance and the spring storage sealing ring is easily stuck in the installation groove of the Segment ring and can not be taken out. The risk of destructive removal of the spring storage sealing ring is reduced, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and valuable experience is provided for the maintenance of the same type of equipment in the future.
