摘 要:为了解决直线运动设备摩擦副在长期运行后出现的磨损,为后续摩擦副材料的选择提供依据,选用铍青铜、铝青铜、锡青铜与常用的钢材和铝材分别组成摩擦副进行摩擦性能试验。在油润滑和干摩擦条件下记录磨损率、摩擦系数及温升,采用控制变量法进行对比试验,确定不同材料摩擦副在相同工况下的磨损程度。试验结果显示,铍青铜在相同试验条件下,与钢或铝配合的磨损率均最小。In order to address the wear and tear of the friction pairs of linear motion equipment after long-term operation and to provide a basis for the subsequent selection of friction pair materials,beryllium bronze,aluminum bronze,tin bronze and commonly used steel and aluminum materials are selected to form the friction pairs for friction performance tests.The wear rate,friction coefficient and temperature rise are recorded under the conditions of oil lubrication and dry friction,and a comparative test is carried out using the control variate method to determine the wear of the friction pairs of different materials under the same conditions.The test results show that beryllium bronze has the lowest wear rate when matched with either steel or aluminum under the same test conditions.
