摘 要:履带式挖掘机行走振动对整机作业性能和操作者健康都有一定影响。从挖掘机行走振动产生的机理入手,分析履带行走系统的履带升变量对挖掘机行走振动的影响,并应用n-code多通道测试设备和振动加速度传感器对挖掘机行走振动进行量化测试,采用Infield软件进行数据分析,通过对比试验提出改变履带式挖掘机的履带升变量以改善挖掘机行走振动、减轻挖掘机操作者作业强度的解决方案。以某型挖掘机为例,测试3种不同履带升变量条件下驾驶室地板的振动加速度并进行对比,综合评估整车稳定性和行走振动后,给出某型挖掘机履带升变量的设计建议值。The walking vibration of crawler excavators has an impact on the operating performance of the machine and the health of the operator.From the perspective of mechanism of excavator walking vibration,the influence of the crawler lift variable of the crawler walking system on the walking vibration of the excavator is analyzed,and the multi-channel test equipment N-code and vibration acceleration sensors are applied to quantitatively test the walking vibration of the excavator.The software Infield is used for data analysis,and a solution of changing the crawler lift variable of the crawler excavator to improve the walking vibration of the excavator and to reduce the work intensity of the excavator operator is proposed through comparative tests.Taking an excavator as an example,the vibration acceleration of the cab floor under three different crawler lift variables is tested and compared,and a recommended design value for the crawler lift variable of the excavator is given after a comprehensive assessment of the overall vehicle stability and the walking vibration.
