电动叉车铅酸蓄电池布置位置与空载行驶稳定性的关系

摘  要:铅酸蓄电池是电动叉车的主要动力源,体积大,质量重,在整车上的布置方式对整车重心位置有一定的影响,进而影响叉车的稳定性。简述目前电动平衡重式叉车主流的两种蓄电池布置方式,在保持整车纵向稳定性系数一致的情况下,按照现有稳定性试验方法分析计算两种布置方式对横向行驶稳定性的影响。以3.5 t电动平衡重式叉车为例,分析两种布置方式对横向行驶稳定性的影响,计算结果显示:保持相同纵向系数时,采用蓄电池上置布置时整车质量比蓄电池中置方式轻。The lead-acid battery is the main power source of an electric forklift,which is large in size and heavy in mass.The way it is arranged on the vehicle has a certain influence on the position of the center of gravity of the vehicle,then affecting the stability of the forklift.The two main battery arrangement methods of electric counterbalanced forklift are briefly described,and the influence of the two arrangement methods on the lateral driving stability is analyzed and calculated according to the existing stability test methods,while keeping the longitudinal stability coefficient of the whole vehicle consistent.Taking a 3.5 t electric counterbalanced forklift as an example,the influence of the two arrangement methods on the lateral driving stability is analyzed.The calculation results show that the mass of the whole vehicle is lighter when the battery is arranged in the upper position than that when the battery is arranged in the middle position,while maintaining the same longitudinal stability coefficient.
