摘 要:为提高装载机负载敏感液压系统的工作效率,提出一种泵口压力补偿系统,通过引入先导压力对泵口压力进行补偿。建立带泵口压力补偿系统的装载机液压系统仿真模型,并与原系统进行仿真分析对比。研究结果表明:带泵口压力补偿系统的装载机液压系统能够降低转向液压泵泵口压力,在降动臂工况下,转向泵泵口压力降低0.62 MPa,转向液压泵输出功率降低1.44 kW。对整机进行测试所得结果与仿真结果一致性较好,表明带泵口压力补偿的液压系统可有效降低装载机液压系统的能耗。In order to improve the working efficiency of the load sensing hydraulic system of a loader,a pump port pressure compensation system is proposed,which compensates the pump port pressure by introducing the pilot pressure.A simulation model of the loader hydraulic system with the pump port pressure compensation system is established and compared with the original system for simulation analysis.The research results show that the loader hydraulic system with the pump port pressure compensation system can reduce the pump port pressure of the steering hydraulic pump,and under the condition of lowering the arm,the pump port pressure of the steering pump is reduced by 0.62 MPa and the output power of the steering hydraulic pump is reduced by 1.44 kW.The results of the test on the whole machine are in good agreement with the simulation results,indicating that the hydraulic system with pump port pressure compensation can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the loader hydraulic system.
