摘 要:某型履带式起重机使用过程中副卷扬钢丝绳从杆头滑轮里脱出,造成钢丝绳挤压损伤,又因为钢丝绳损坏位置位于起重机鹅头位置,不易发现,存在较大安全隐患。履带式起重机钢丝绳出现损坏,不仅会造成财产损失,还会影响项目工作进度,更会严重影响履带式起重机在吊装过程中的安全性。因钢丝绳损坏造成的吊装事故时有发生,因此必须解决这个问题。经过多方技术交流与探讨,采取改进杆头防脱绳装置的方式,实现钢丝绳在滑轮内的顺滑旋转,使钢丝绳不再脱离钢丝绳滑轮,免于受到挤压损伤,从而保证设备运行的安全性。During the operation of a crawler crane,the steel wire rope of the auxiliary winch released from the rod head pulley,resulting in extrusion damage of the steel wire rope.Because the steel wire rope damage was located at the goose head of the crane,which was not easy to find and had a great safety risk.The steel wire rope damage of the crawler crane will not only cause property loss,but also affect the progress of the project,and will seriously affect the safety of the crawler crane in the lifting process.Lifting accidents caused by steel wire rope damage occur from time to time,so the problem must be solved.After technical exchange and discussion from various parties,the way to improve the anti-release device at the rod head is adopted to achieve the smooth rotation of the steel wire rope in the pulley,so that the steel wire rope will no longer release from the pulley and will be free from extrusion damage,thus ensuring the safety of equipment operation.
