摘　　要：目的 检测Hippo通路相关蛋白YAP在正常皮肤(NS)、光线性角化病(AK)及皮肤鳞癌(cSCC)组织中的表达情况及意义。方法 收集2020年1月-2021年5月就诊本院,病理诊断为AK、cSCC患者新鲜组织样本各30例,并收集17例健康皮肤组织为对照,检测YAP在三者中的表达情况并结合临床及病理资料进行关联分析,探讨其临床意义。结果 免疫组织化学法、RT-PCR及Western blot实验均提示YAP的表达量在NS组、AK组及cSCC组中呈递增趋势(P<0.05),YAP在不同分化程度cSCC中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 YAP在AK及cSCC中高表达,且与cSCC分化程度相关。Hippo-YAP可能参与AK、cSCC的发生发展,为皮肤肿瘤治疗提供新方向。Objective To explore the expression of YAP in actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Tissue samples from 30 patients with cSCC,30 patients with AK and 17 normal tissues were collected from January 2020 to May 2021.The expression of YAP was detected by immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western blot.Results RT-PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry methods all confirmed that the expression of YAP had an increasing trend in NS,AK and cSCC group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of YAP was also different from diverse differentiation of cSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion YAP is highly expressed in AK and cSCC,and is related to the degree of differentiation of cSCC.YAP may be involved in the occurrence and development of AK and cSCC,and may be one of the new targets for therapy.
