乌司奴单抗治疗红皮病型银屑病合并肾功能不全1例

摘　　要：患者男,56岁,头皮、躯干及四肢鳞屑性丘疹、斑块反复3年,全身潮红伴脱屑15 d,诊断为红皮病型银屑病。该患者合并2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、慢性肾功能不全等多种共病,服用阿维A疗效欠佳,给予乌司奴单抗治疗后,PASI评分及DLQI评分明显改善,患者耐受性良好。A 56-year-old male presented with recurrent scaly papules and plaques on the scalp,trunk and extremities for 3 years,and progressed to generalized redness and scaling for 15 days.He was diagnosed with erythrodermic psoriasis.The patient was complicated with type 2 diabetes,diabetic nephropathy,chronic renal insufficiency and other comorbidities.The effect of taking acitretin was not good.After treatment with ustekinumab,the PASI score and DLQI score were improved significantly,and the patient was tolerated well.
