摘　　要：白癜风是一种色素异常性疾病,其特征是全身出现色素脱失斑,给患者带来很大的心理困扰。因此,除了阻止疾病进展,对于药物治疗无效的稳定期白癜风患者,白斑复色尤为重要。细胞移植是较好的选择,但程序复杂,不同方法疗效差异大,为了达到更好的复色效果,细胞移植人员进行了细致的相关研究。本文拟从自体细胞移植治疗稳定期白癜风的供体区域获取组织、组织的实验室处理、细胞混悬液移植方式改良、黑素细胞混悬介质与辅料、受体部位准备等方面做系统综述。Vitiligo is a disorder of dyspigmentation characterized by the development of depigmented macules and patches over the body, which is a great concern of psychological distress to the affected individuals.Hence, in addition to preventing disease progression, for patients with stable vitiligo who are ineffective in drug treatment, how to make leukoplakia recolor is particularly important.Cell transplantation is a better choice, but the procedure is complicated, and the efficacy of different methods varies greatly.In order to achieve a better recoloring effect, cell transplanters have made many attempts.This paper intends to make a systematic review from the aspects of obtaining tissue from the donor area of autologous cell transplantation for the treatment of stable vitiligo, tissue laboratory treatment, improvement of cell suspension transplantation method, melanocyte suspension medium and excipients, receptor site preparation and so on.
