基于多元线性回归的河北省科技创新能力提升对策研究

摘　　要：科技创新能力已经成为一个区域经济发展和竞争力提升的决定性因素。文章以发明专利授权量作为区域科技创新能力衡量指标,采用回归分析对河北省科技创新能力影响因素进行分析。分析结果表明,发明专利授权量第三产业增加值在GDP中的占比、R&D人员数量、R&D经费投入和高校R&D经费中企业资金投入影响较为显著,据此提出河北省应进一步加快产业结构调整、强化人才引进和培育、加强产学研合作以及增加研发投入以提升其科技创新能力。Scientific and technological innovation ability has become a decisive factor of regional economic development and competitiveness promotion.Based on the invention patent grant as indicators of regional innovation ability of science and technology using regression analysis this paper analyzes the factors which influence on the technology innovation ability of Hebei province.The results show that the invention patent grant the proportion of the added value of the tertiary industry to GDP R&D personnel quantity the R&D expenditure and R&D funds in colleges and universities enterprise investment effect is significant.Therefore it is suggested that Hebei province should further accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure strengthen the introduction and cultivation of talents strengthen the cooperation between industry university and research and increase the investment in research and development to enhance its scientific and technological innovation ability.
