摘　　要：新中国成立以来国家十分重视科技创新工作,把创新发展作为我国重要的战略支撑。企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,科技型企业在繁荣国民经济进程中扮演着创新先锋的角色,在推动产业链与创新链融合发展中起到了十分重要的作用。文章以创新型领军企业科技集成服务为目标,对企业发展阶段、领军企业创新链、创新型领军企业培育路径以及服务模式进行了归纳总结分析。在构建“双循环”大背景下,研究创新型领军企业的发展模式,探究创新型领军企业科技集成服务模式,对助推我国产业转型升级高质量发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Since the founding of new China,major national leaders have attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation and made innovation-driven development as an important strategic support for China.Enterprises are important part of the national economy.Scientific and technological enterprises play a pioneer role in the process of prospering the national economy which promotes the integration of industrial chain and innovation chain.Aiming at the integration of science and technology service of innovative leading enterprises,this paper summarizes and analyzes the enterprise development stages,the innovation chain of leading enterprises,the cultivation path and service mode of innovative leading enterprises.Under the background of building a“dual circulation”,studying the development mode of innovative leading enterprises and exploring the integration of science and technology service mode of innovative leading enterprises have a significat reference for promoting the high-quality development of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading.
