摘 要:为了解决高强度高磨蚀硬岩地层岩石隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine, TBM)掘进低效高耗、断层破碎带地层刀盘受困、高地应力挤压性地层护盾被卡等隧道施工难题,基于TBM滚刀、刀盘、护盾与隧道围岩的相互作用,通过多个TBM法隧道工程数据统计分析,揭示了滚刀贯入度指数与岩体特性指标、滚刀破碎体积磨损速率与岩体特性指标、TBM设备利用率与断层宽度、围岩相对变形量与强度应力比的函数关系,建立了基于滚刀可掘性和耐磨性、刀盘受困和护盾被卡风险的多维度TBM适应性评价方法,为复杂地质隧道修建TBM工法选择、装备设计及施工难题的解决提供了量化依据。In order to solve the tunnel construction problems such as low efficiency and high consumption of rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)in high-strength and high abrasion hard rock stratum,cutter head trapped in fault fracture zone stratum,and shield stuck in high stress extrusion stratum.Based on the interaction between TBM disc cutter,cutter head,shield and tunnel surrounding rock,through the statistical analysis of multiple TBM method tunnel engineering data,the functional relationships between disc cutter penetration index and rock mass characteristic index,disc cutter crushing volume wear rate and rock mass characteristic index,TBM equipment utilization and fault width,relative deformation of surrounding rock and strength stress ratio were revealed,and the multi-dimensional TBM adaptability evaluation method was established,which was based on disc cutter excavability and abrasion resistance,the risk of cutterhead trapped and shield stuck.The research results provide a quantitative basis for TBM construction method selection,equipment design and solution of construction problems in complex geological tunnels.
