摘 要:摩擦型高强螺栓连接是实现全拆装非机动车钢结构桥梁快速装配化建设的重要构件之一。为研究非机动车钢结构桥梁高强螺栓连接的可靠性能,首先,采用有限元方法建立高强螺栓数值模型,并对模拟方法进行了准确性分析;其次,在此基础上,利用响应面随机有限元法研究了随机变量对高强螺栓结构性能响应的影响,通过随机车流程序计算了非机动车桥梁荷载效应;最后,利用可靠度设计方法研究了钢板梁高强螺栓的抗力分项系数。结果表明:随机变量变异性对高强螺栓不同目标性能有不同程度影响,非机动车荷载作用下的钢桥高强螺栓设计承载力要稍高于现行规范理论公式计算值。Friction high strength bolt connection is one of the important components to rapid assembly construction of the steel structure bridges with non-motor vehicles.In order to study the reliability of steel bridge high strength bolt connection subjected to non-motor vehicle,firstly,the numerical investigation method of high strength bolted joint was established and its accuracy was verified.Secondly,response surface stochastic finite element method was used for the effect of random variables on the performance response of high strength bolt connection.Random traffic flow simulation program was used for calculation of load effect value of non-motor vehicle bridge.Finally,Resistance partial coefficient of high strength bolt in steel plate beam was assessed by reliability design method.The obtained results show that the random variables discreteness present varying degrees of influence on different target performances of high strength bolts and the design bearing capacity of steel bridge high strength bolts under non-motor vehicle load is slightly higher than that calculated by the theoretical equation in existing specification.
