摘 要:路基注浆可使路基沉陷、松散、空洞等病害得到有效充填或压密,显著提高路基的承载力。从室内试验与数值模拟两个方面研究了路基注浆对路基路面的影响。室内试验部分采用平面尺寸140 cm×140 cm,高度为50 cm的钢箱,分层填筑路基土和水泥稳定碎石基层,养护28 d后,进行路基注浆。通过探地雷达和开挖相结合的方法观测水泥浆分布,进而分析了注浆对路基的加固机理。数值模拟部分采用ANSYS有限元软件建立路基路面三维模型,考虑注浆半径、注浆区域模量、注浆横向位置及注浆深度4个因素,分析了局部注浆和道路纵向多点连续注浆对行车荷载作用下路基路面受力变形的影响。结果表明,注浆半径对道路受力变形的影响最显著,注浆区域模量影响较小,注浆位置在行车道中间下方且靠近路基顶面时较有利。Subgrade grouting can effectively fill or compact subgrade subsidence,looseness,cavity and other distress,and significantly improve the bearing capacity of subgrade.The influence of subgrade grouting on subgrade and pavement by laboratory test and numerical simulation were studied.A steel box was made with plane size 140 cm×140 cm and height size 50 cm,then subgrade soil and cement stabilized macadam were filled in it.After 28 days,subgrade grouting were carried out.The distribution of cement slurry was observed by the combination of ground penetrating radar and excavation method,and the enhance mechanism of grouting on subgrade was analyzed.In the numerical simulation model,the three-dimensional model of subgrade and pavement were established by ANSYS software and the stress and deformation of subgrade and pavement were analyzed under driving load considering four factors:grouting radius,grouting area modulus,grouting transverse position and grouting depth.The results show that the grouting radius has the most significant influence on the stress and deformation of the road,and the grouting area modulus has little influence.It is more favorable when the grouting transverse position is below the middle of the carriageway and close to the top surface of the subgrade.
