摘　　要：目的考察医院处方签审核系统对门诊处方质量的影响。方法抽取中山市人民医院2020年4月—2021年3月处方签审核系统应用前门诊处方作为对照组,抽取2021年4—9月处方签审核系统应用初期门诊处方作为研究A组,抽取2021年10月—2022年3月处方签审核系统应用后期门诊处方作为研究B组。对比3组处方质量。结果与对照组相比,研究A组和B组的处方签不合理率明显下降,医师满意度明显提高,且处方不合理问题类型明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论处方签审核系统的建立有效提高处方审核效果。Objective To investigate the influence of the hospital prescription verification system on the quality of outpatient prescriptions.Methods The outpatient prescriptions of Zhongshan People's Hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 before the application of the prescription verification system were selected as the control group.The initial outpatient prescriptions from April to September 2021 were selected as the study group A.From October 2021 to March 2022,the outpatient prescriptions in the later period of application of the prescription signing review system were selected as the study group B.The prescription quality of the three groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the irrational rate of prescription signing in study groups A and B was significantly decreased,physician satisfaction was significantly improved,and the types of irrational prescription problems also changed significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of the prescription verification system has effectively improved the effect of prescription verification.
