加强消毒管理对防止口腔修复科交叉感染的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究口腔修复科通过加强消毒管理对于预防交叉感染的作用。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月长沙市口腔医院医务人员22名,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各11名。对照组采用常规消毒管理,观察组提供加强消毒管理,将两组口腔修复科消毒情况进行对比。结果观察组工作人员满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(63.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组诊室空气中细菌含量(2.15±0.21)CFU/m3、医疗器械(技工钳)表面上的细菌含量(53.63±7.87)CFU/m3、医务人员手表面上的细菌含量(59.89±7.27)CFU/m3均低于对照组(5.76±0.37)、(100.90±6.73)、(112.16±9.89)CFU/m3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复科采用加强消毒管理可以有效提高消毒效果,预防交叉感染,值得在临床中进行推广。Objective To explore the role of prosthodontics in preventing cross infection by strengthening disinfection management.Methods A total of 22 medical staff in Changsha Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 11 in each group.The control group was given routine disinfection management,while the observation group was provided with enhanced disinfection management.The disinfection conditions of patients in the two groups of prosthodontics were compared.Results Staff satisfaction in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(63.63%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bacterial content in the air of the observation group was(2.15±0.21)CFU/m3,the bacterial content on the surface of medical equipment(mechanic's forceps)(53.63±7.87)CFU/m3,and the bacterial content on the medical staff's wrist surface(59.89±7.27)CFU/m3 were lower than the control group(5.76±0.37)CFU/m3,(100.90±6.73)CFU/m3,(112.16±9.89)CFU/m3,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening disinfection management in the department of prosthodontics can effectively improve the disinfection effect and prevent cross-infection,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
