妇科紫杉醇化疗的护理风险管理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇科紫杉醇化疗的护理风险管理效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月长沙市妇幼保健院妇科工作的护理人员15名,设为参比组,应用传统护理管理。选取2021年2月—2022年2月长沙市妇幼保健院妇科工作的护理人员15名,设为观察组,应用护理风险管理。比较两组管理后的测评成绩、专业能力、负责患者的管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专业能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科工作的护理人员进行管理时,应用护理风险管理能够增强护理人员认知水平,锻炼其专业能力,提高负责患者的管理满意度。Objective To observe the nursing risk management effect of gynecological paclitaxel chemotherapy.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,15 nurses working in gynecology department of Changsha Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the reference group,and traditional nursing management was applied.From February 2021 to February 2022,15 nurses working in gynecology department of Changsha Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the observation group,and nursing risk management was applied.The evaluation results,professional abilities and management satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results After management,the evaluation results of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the patients in charge of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing staff in gynecology,the application of nursing risk management can enhance the cognitive level of the object,exercise the professional ability of the nurses,and improve the management satisfaction of the responsible patients.
