摘 要:目的探讨乐山职业技术学院基于双高背景下中医应用性高等教育发展路径的创新改革与应用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年9月乐山职业技术学院医学系170名学员作为研究对象,对本院中医应用性高等教育创新改革前(2019年9月—2020年3月,n=80)和改革后(2020年4月—2021年9月,n=90)的教学质量进行对比分析。结果中医应用性高等教育创新改革后学生理论知识、实践能力均显著高于实施中医应用性高等教育创新改革前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本院在双高背景下针对中医应用性高等教育发展路径所进行的改革创新以初见成效,后续应进一步进行双高背景下中医应用性高等教育体系构建,实现中医应用性高等教育的系统化、规范化和实用性,以提升本院中医应用性高等教育的教学效果。Objective To explore the innovative reform and application effect of the development path of TCM applied higher education in Leshan Vocational and Technical College based on the double-high background.Methods From September 2019 to September 2021,170 students from the Department of Medicine of Leshan Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research subjects.A comparative analysis of the teaching quality of our hospital before the innovation reform of TCM applied higher education(September 2019 to March 2020,n=80)and after(April 2020 to September 2021,n=90).Results The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students after the innovation reform of TCM applied higher education were significantly higher than those before the implementation of TCM applied higher education innovation reform,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform and innovation carried out by our hospital on the development path of TCM applied higher education under the background of double highs has achieved initial results.In the follow-up,the construction of TCM applied higher education system under the background of double high should be further carried out,realizing the systematization,standardization and practicability of TCM applied higher education,in order to improve the teaching effect of TCM applied higher education in our hospital.
