摘　　要：公共场所卫生的监督工作是否能够直接影响到公共场所的卫生条件和卫生保护情况,关系到了人民生活的质量和城市的形象。在公共卫生的监督和实践当中还存在诸多的难点和疑点,如何科学性地构建法律法规体系,通过恰当的管理质量来稳步提升卫生监督的执法质量使广大经营者提升自己的服务意识和守法意识,这也是所有工作人员所关注的重点问题。以此为背景本文主要研究在我国公共卫生监督当中所存在的问题,并针对实际情况对有关的对策进行简述,以期待所得的结果能够为有关的领域提供科学的参考。In recent years,my country's economy has been developing continuously,which has made people's living standards steadily improved,and at the same time,people's health awareness and hygiene awareness have also been continuously improved.However,the continuous emergence of various infectious diseases has also made public health work more important and concerned.Whether the supervision of public place hygiene can directly affect the hygiene improvement and hygiene protection situation in public places is related to the quality of people's life and the image of the city.There are still many difficulties and doubts in the supervision and practice of public health.How to scientifically build a legal and regulatory system,and steadily improve the quality of health supervision and law enforcement through appropriate management quality,so that the majority of operators can improve their service awareness and law-abiding awareness,which is also a key concern for all staff.Based on this background,this paper mainly studies the problems existing in my country's public health supervision,and briefly describes the relevant countermeasures according to the actual situation,hoping that the obtained results can provide scientific reference for related fields.
