摘 要:针对航天任务中对航天员眼压连续监测的应用需求,建立隐形眼镜式眼压测试系统,通过眼压计算模型、眼压与线圈共振频率的关联模型设计,实现了眼压的连续监测;在地面-6°头低位卧床实验期间,通过隐形眼镜式眼压测试系统获取4名受试者卧床前4天和卧床第14天的24 h眼压数据,验证了隐形眼镜式测试系统在航天应用的可行性和有效性。通过卧床前和卧床后眼压数据的比对分析,初步探讨了航天环境影响下24 h眼压的变化特性。数据表明,-6°头低位卧床条件下眼压波动范围变大,稳定性下降,提示航天员的眼压波动是重要的关注指标。To satisfy the application requirements of continuous intraocular pressure(IOP)monitoring of astronauts during space missions,a contact lens IOP measurement system was established.The IOP calculation model and correlation model between IOP and coil resonance frequency were designed and the continuous IOP monitoring was realized.The 24 h IOP data of 4 subjects in-6°head down bed rest experiment were obtained by the contact lens intraocular pressure test system on the 4^(th) day before bed rest and on the 14^(th) day after bed rest.The feasibility and effectiveness of the contact lens test system in space application were verified.The IOP data before and after bed rest were compared and analyzed and the variation characteristics of 24 h IOP under the influence of space environment were preliminarily discussed.The data showed that the fluctuation range of IOP became larger and the stability decreased under the condition of-6°head down bed rest.It is suggested that the IOP fluctuation of astronauts is an important index to be concerned.
